The E-Types brakes are often criticised, mostly due to the Dunlop brakes that were used on early cars, the use of small pad and thin discs meant that brake fade and disc warping was a very real, and daunting, possibility. Now, thanks to Fosseway Performance, that possibility is long gone. By utilising lightweight billet aluminium in the construction of the Fosseway brake calipers, a significantly noticeable increase in braking efficiency by dispersing heat build-up is achieved, eliminating brake fade.
