Flywheels - Lightened Steel

Reducing the rotational mass of the engine gives improved engine response, it can pick up or lose revs quicker, meaning quicker acceleration and more engine braking.

Our lightweight steel flywheels (weigh only 13lbs/5.9kgs) are primarily for race use where improved weight reduction can be fully used and appreciated, but they are also suitable for fast road/track day cars.

For later (5 main bearing) engines we also offer ARP high tensile flywheel to crankshaft bolts. We recommend these high tensile bolts are used when building performance engines. For early (3 main bearing) engine hardware.
